Jesus is the Power that works in me.

“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us”
- Ephesians 3:20 (NKJV)

-----

Last week we talked about just believing God and stepping out on faith. I know it’s easier said than done so this week I wanted to talk about how to believe. It helps when you’ve actually taken the time to fill yourself up with God’s promises for your life, and especially by hearing about Jesus.

Before I wrote last week’s email, I had sat down to read some of the Believer’s Voice of Victory magazine because I know it charges up my faith and trust in God (it’s super anointed and they’ll send it to you for free -- not an ad, just sharing resources)

When you hear about Jesus, study him and learn of Him, something happens within you. Faith is born and stirred. You know why? Because Christ is in you. The power that He possesses literally lives inside you, so when you learn about Him, you’re learning about the power that you have the ability to perform too. Didn’t He say we’d do “greater works” than He did? That’s because He went to the Father but left His Spirit here within us to continue to work out these bomb miracles.

If your faith has been feeling a little low lately or you could use a refresher, I've put a ton of scriptures in the notes that show you the power of Jesus. I encourage you to focus on them this week and watch your faith rise up.

I pray that that God helps you see the power you are capable of as you read about Jesus. I pray that as you read and meditate on Him that faith rises up so strong in you that you go out and do something you never thought was possible. I pray that you shoot your shot to someone you never thought you were big enough to contact. I pray that, if God is leading you to do it, you create a product you have an inkling about even though you haven’t done all the research on it because you just know that you know that you know that this is what your audience needs. I pray that you invest in that coaching or training that you need to move your business to the next level because you believe in your heart that your investment will be returned back to you before this year is over!

Our scripture this week says that God is able to do “exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us” (emphasis mine). In case you haven’t figured it out yet, let me make it crystal clear:

Jesus IS the power that works in us!!!!

You are powerful beyond measure because of the One who lives in you. Release yourself today from any limits you’ve been holding on to and embrace your limitless potential in Christ.
