God is waiting on you to speak.
“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was unformed and void, darkness was on the face of the deep, and the Spirit of God hovered over the surface of the water. Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light.”

A friend of mine and I were having a convo about how she feels like she’s been doing all the things she’s supposed to be doing to receive provision from God but has been frustrated because it doesn’t seem like it’s working. I shared similar sentiments with her in my own life too and that where I believe I’ve been missing it is that I haven’t been following through on speaking and declaring His word daily over the petitions I’ve been praying about until the manifestation comes.
The next morning during my quiet time, I sensed the Holy Spirit telling me “I’m here. I’m right here with you.” And He brought this scripture in Genesis to mind where He was there with God—in the midst of the chaos and in the midst of the darkness—“hovering”. Just waiting on God to speak. I sensed Him encouraging me that just like I was there with God in the beginning, ready to act on God’s Word to produce whatever He thought was needed in that dark situation, I’m right here with you too in YOUR dark situation.
You know how we joke about people hovering? Like, OMG get out my face! lol! Well, just get that picture in your mind right now about the Holy Spirit’s presence with you. He’s right there with you all up in your personal space, all up in your dark situation, hovering, waiting on you to speak. Waiting to bring YOUR words to pass. I’m convinced we can truly have whatever God’s Word says we can have, we just have to go take it; using our voice in partnership with the Word He’s already spoken. Speaking God’s Word is how you reap the harvest of your prayers and petitions. Start doing it daily until it happens!
